Our townhouse is well maintained, maintenance staff is polite and efficient. It is fairly quiet, 1 1/2 miles outside of town. There is the low rumble of noise 24/7 from nearby factories. Safe, pleasant environment. If relying on public transportation to get to Williamsport and around the city, be advised that there is no bus service on Sunday at all, and the last bus drops off before 10 pm Monday through Saturday. Between 6 and 10 pm the nearest bus stop is 1.3 miles away. If you rely on public transpo for work, don't count on getting home after a late shift or getting anywhere on Sunday. Uber is $15 +/- to get into town or back (one way). We moved here from a larger city, and based our apartment choice partly on the touted access to public transportation. Not a wise choice on our part.

The Woodland Park Apartments are amazing! We have lived here for a little over 6 months and sadly have to move out next month. The time we have spent here couldn't have been any better. The town homes are amazing, large and updated. The extra 1/2 bathroom and in unit laundry on the 1st floor is extremely useful and nice to have. The kitchens have tons of cabinet space. The bedrooms are enormous, with lots of closet space! They have great patios that are large and fairly private. The management is also great, they are always looking for ways to help, and are extremely quick to fix anything that goes wrong. There is ample parking for the tenants and guests. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about these town homes!
