Jarrod made sure he kept his word. He stated if I brought my vehicle in I would get it back within a few days for a transmission replacement. He was calm and easy to talk to. Also helped me identify another problem that I didn't even realize was wrong with my truck honest people like that are a blessing.

Bad times to buy.. We had to buy.. Life forced us to get another car.. Even thou the salesman and colleges are Professional, friendly and polite. I felt rushed and had a "take it or leave it" attitude. Its definitely caused by the "Lack of Inventory" from the pandemic. There were no rebates and No incentives to buy ANY Brand.. Not just Chevy. If you can wait to buy,, definitely wait till the inventory is replenished..

I live on the Cape.... It's a 90-mile drive from where I live to the dealership. I went to dealerships on the Cape... they weren't friendly, they were dismissive and they wouldn't honor the manufactures rebates. To which I was completely entitled too. It may be a long drive depending on where you live but so worth going. The Service Department was very friendly took care of my car in a timely manner. Again...it's worth the drive ,,,, you won't regret it.

It's actually GoBigAuto.Com The rates there are a lot more competitive than walking in to an insurance agency. I just dumped the insurance company I've been using for 13 years. You can thank me later!!!
They have a really cool Monte Carlo in the show room.
All our employees are required to wear masks at all times and our maintenance staff routinely sanitize door handles and exposed areas that are high touch points at our facilities. All our vehicles are thoroughly sanitized before and after service and test drives, and seat covers are also applied for additional safety. Additionally, we practice social distancing, and asks all customers wear masks when visiting our showroom and ask that they seat at least six feet apart from one another.
It has taken my Equinox less than an hour. I think longer than 30min.
They have all the cars available on site or in the lot next door. They keep the fully equipped ones on the showroom. but whenever you want in a car they just drive it over to you or drive you over to that in the parking lot. You can shop that website which is easiest way. then call him with the stock number to ensure they have that car. It's that simple.
Probably 30. But sometimes they leave them running in the showroom. Let Austin know that you can't park in the blue spots though.
