Great car buying experience but abysmal service experience. It took 20+ minutes to drop off the car for a recall. We'll definitely be going to another Toyota dealership for service from now on.

This is a very bad dealer! They just sell the car and gloss over the problem with your car! I bought 2020 RAV4 hybrid is less than half a year in low temperature under the condition of the steering wheel lock cannot be started, at that time they said the battery is broken in the battery but still happen occasionally, I feel may be normal, but almost every day this winter mobile hard disk to start back and forth, in the latest week every day, I feel is going to destroy the find them, They still said the battery was dead and replaced it with a new one, but it still wouldn't start the next day. We can do basic service on a Lexus. (oil change, filter, brakes, etc) . Warranty work or diagnostics you would want done at a Lexus dealership. And we do welcome service customers with Toyotas, regardless of where they purchased them.
There are anti-viral dispensers at entrances and throughout the building, wearing a mask is mandatory, keeping socially distance is practices, desks where there there is face-to-face discussions have plexiglass shields, and any vehicles that are either serviced for or driven by customers are sterilized. Customers that test drive cars can do so without a salesperson present.
Yes you can! We don't do appointments for that, and close at 3 PM on saturdays. I suspect this one will be very busy for stickers since it is the end of the month, so plan accordingly!
