I am a regular here and for the store it's very simple, basic like any other. However, Nick makes my experience over the top. I never feel rushed, he is always going above and beyond. Shout out to Nick for understanding customer service, we need way more Nicks out there.

Working retail can be hard. But the customer service at this store was very poor. Employees had attitudes when asked to get shoes (if they had sizes in stock it would take less trips). Sneaker drop was disorganized, and lead to people getting irritated in line. Cannot use card, and dont accept any form of military discount.. I would say the raffle is the best part of the store, but if you have a job good luck being able to claim it in time!

The young lady that helped my teen and his friend pick out pants was awesome!! (March 17 around 5:00pm). Wish i got her name. She made them feel comfortable and was patient. She had them laughing. Walked out with new pants for a friends fancy birthday dinner. Thanks!!

I tried to buy some basketball shoes the person that attended was really nice and had a good customer service but the person at the register that was supposedly the manager didn’t had interactions with me so just told him that i would like to purchase those shoes that was brought to the register and he said with an attitude that i should be more patient and let him do his job. I just told bro if u didn’t say nothing how was i supposed yo know that you was ringing me up so he started going back and forward with me this happened on 1/23/2020 at 2:03 pm
