Was at DSW at Braintree Mall and found what I was looking for but OMG the 6 employees are just walking around the store socializing with one another with a line down the street not waiting on customer so I left and will go elsewhere to get my shoes 👠

After waiting for a while and looking at 4 employees behind the cashier register doing nothing and one on the phone with a client; we left. No one was taking care of the clients waiting doing the line. Real bad customer service. Now we understand why online shopping is the future. Eventually your store will close for behavior like this:(

Was told by phone that they would price match a different store that didn't have my size. Took a long drive only to be told they only match their own stores, but any other store. I argued over what I was told by phone and that I drive a long way, they eventually gave in and honored what they had told me. Higher prices that most places offering the same shoe.
