Had an appointment at 9am. Waited in the dealership until after 12pm, only to be told that there was an issue with my battery. This battery was less than a year old. The other acceleration issue was never resolved. I was told that a part MIGHT solve the problem but it would cost me $450. I asked to have the car driven by the mechanic to diagnose the problem. Didn’t get any answers about that. One of the reps charged me for service, but didn’t charge the correct amount, so I had to charged again for the remaining items. They changed the battery and I drove it home after 1pm. I was there for over 3 hours before I even got an update on the status of my car. The main issue of my car hesitating to start wasn’t resolved by the new battery. At this point, I’d rather take my chances with another company. This experience was very disappointing, especially after having such amazing experiences with Commonwealth Volkswagen in the past.

It was a quick easy experience. No issue at all with the dealer they were great but it did occur to me that if you don't discount cars and there is no stock then what is the point of the dealer? I wonder if in 10 years all cars will be purchased online like Tesla.

I had a great experience in a tough market to get a car. Vinny and the entire team at Quirk were friendly, fun and professional. He was quick to respond and able to help me get the car I wanted with quick turnaround.

I had an incredibly easy buying experience working with Yuri Mascarenhas at Quirk Volkswagen. Yuri made the process efficient and easy. We were able to complete much of the lease paperwork before I arrived, so I just had to sign a few documents before driving away with my new Atlas. I would definitely recommend Yuri at Quirk Volkswagen.
