Had an order that I needed printed same day in store. I didn’t have the right format and had to come back in expecting to place my order and have to return again later. Ryan printed me a preview and then got my order done right then. Great customer service!

I printed a $45 multi page document, and large chunks of it were missing. I called, and the representative said "oh, perhaps the staff forgot to print some of it", and her manager will call me back. Said it in such a carefree manner. I waited an entire afternoon, and received no calls. My documents are for my work, and needed in timely manner. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. If you're doing planning do print work here, please don't. Credibility next to zero.

Printed invitations for a baby shower. I had purchased a digital download elsewhere, emailed it over and they were ready to pick-up next day. The quality was VERY good. We had to sign a form for copyright purposes. Mark was very helpful and easy to deal with. The cost was a little more than I intended but definitely getting what you pay for as the invitations were high quality.
