I have avoided this location after being taken advantage of 3 yrs ago. Im and disappointed to say that my trip this weekend was even worse than before. This store obviously breed a culture of dishonesty and deceit. There only concern is opening new accounts an selling new devices. They have no concern for customer service or the effect they have on their customers peace of mind. It took 3 hrs on the phone today with Verizon corporate to undo the damage the instore reps did to my account and phones.

Bad experience and they took my old cell phones in the proposal to deliver new ones to me and they didn't do that, every bill came improperly I called, I went to the store several times nothing was resolved, I felt powerless and injured, this feeling horrible, in many places the internet it doesn't work (comes out at great loss) I never had any problem in the USA I looked for this operator for having the marketing that is the best internet coverage this is an illusion, I don't recommend a terrible experience!!!

That really depends what's wrong with it. Google guides might not be the best place to ask this. I suggest verizon.com would be a good place to start.
No idea,just bought an s10 galaxy there,didnt like it went back and got the note10.ask for flavio.very helpful.knows his stuff for sure.was able to answer any questions i had and even called my prior provider to get the info we needed.
