I have come to this site many times, approx 8-10 times and there is ALWAYS a problem. Whatever you need to do, there is ALWAYS something preventing you from taking advantage of my plans, discounts, bonuses, etc. However, when you come straight to pay something, apparently everything works perfectly. The staff of this center has changed in the last 3 months and they really have to train them more because they are unaware of the plans. In addition, the waiting time always exceeds 30 minutes, being a little frequented place. Every time I need to do something, I can't come to this Verizon near my house because I waste my time. The manager of this place must assume his responsibility and make the place a more competent service. It's disappointing and frustrating to come to solve things and end up worse because they don't know how to do it. 09-2022: again I come again to use a gift card and the guy who served me did not know anything. It tells me to call customer service. I told him about a gift card that Verizon gives me and I wanted to use it to pay my bills and I didn't know how. I tell him if it's possible then use that $500 gift card to get a new phone and he says I should call customer service to see if they approve it. Well, what a waste of time. Seriously, THEY SHOULD CLOSE THIS LOCATION, the incompetence of the employees is unacceptable. I understand that if someone is new and does not handle information well, it is part of learning. But NOBODY, NOBODY, NOBODY helps me whenever I come to resolve a situation. Even manager evades questions and answers other things only to finish and leave.

Had a phone break on vacation and went to this location for help. The employee was able to look up our account and got us hooked up with a new phone for a few dollars after trading in our phone that we were having issues with. The process was extremely quick and easy. Again, I can’t say enough about the employees at this location. Fantastic!

Mediocre at best and in league with the worst. By that I mean none English speakers when u need help, endless roundabouts and a plain lacking service. Nah do with cricket for half the price. It will be the same minus the fake. Don't pay for the facade.
