I had my best experience in this store, Miss Paola's attention was simply exceptional, very calm, polite, good humor, she knew everything about what was asked, also her friend Will, who is a person who was there that day as in training. Truly thank you. I recommend going to this store. I had had bad experiences in another store and Paola even made me come back and take my phone insurance. Excellent sellers Paola and Will.

This is review is regarding Mike. I recently stopped by fifteen minutes prior to closing. Another individual in a different state had just committed fraud, opening an account in my wife's name. I had called customer service earlier in the day and went in circles, accomplishing nothing. That was 45 minutes on the phone. Within ten minutes Mike had cancelled the order for the other party, preventing fraud and given me the number to call to report the claim. He also provided solid advice to freeze all three bureaus to prevent further ID theft. I imagine it was of no direct benefit to him in retail sales, was just prior to closing and I'm sure my initial attitude was of nothing but frustration. But he took time to assist and I would certainly recommend that if you seek assistance here, know you'll get compassion and empathy from a position that often values anything but (coming from someone who works in sales).
