Very nice, friendly, and professional! I went to get a family ring resized smaller. Not only did they resize it, but they redid my band to make it more sturdy and not break (part of it was thin as ever) as it was worn down for over 50 years. They did the job rather quick! Highly recommend!

Had gone here for years and George treated me right. Bought my Wife many rings there. Went back because wife wanted to upgrade from a 3/4 Carrot to a full Carrot Diamond Wanted to trade in the 3/4 carrot Diamond but he wouldn't tell me what he would give me for it. After asking a couple of times he said he would give me $800 . Really upset that he would not be more forthcoming with the figure. I also asked him to write all the figures down so I could go home and crunch the numbers but that never happened either . I went to another Jeweler in Ct and he immediately said he would give me $1500 for the same 3/4 carrot ring towards a trade in. Moral of story - do your homework and don't accept the first offer you get.

Had George put together a Ceylon Sapphire engagement ring and it came out amazing. Couldn’t be happier. George was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back to see George for the next piece of jewelry.
