Palmer paving has a decent section of Buckland Hills under construction right now. Whoever was driving the truck today with the license V35-252 had a lane blocked off with a bunch of traffic cones all the way up to this vehicle with all of the construction lights flashing indicating that he was a parked vehicle in a construction zone. I turned from the lane next to that since they had that lane blocked off and this vehicle decided that he was turning as well, previously unindicated as he had all of the lights blinking on his vehicle including the ones on the top. The driver then followed me all the way to my destination, blocked me into my parking spot and notified me that there would be a cop arriving shortly to ticket me. When I took a video of the blinking lights on the vehicle and the license plate to protect myself, the driver became irate. When the policeman arrived he indicated that he had previously warned them about the confusing driving situation that they had created and still had not fixed.
