This place is awful. I called my insurance make a claim they gave me claims number so I went to this place with my friend and little child. I was first shocked they have mirror window they can see me but I was like looking at the mirror. So I gave the my ID and claimed number so I can take my belongings from my car and insurance will take my car today or early in the morning tomorrow. That lady was so disrespectful, rude and was just horrible experience. I just had such bad car accident where my SUV was flipped over by two doors mini car. Thank God I’m alive. But they make me walk to my car, it was pretty far away. They didn’t let me drove my friends car close so we can take my stuff or offer me a ride. But I was more irritated because they did gave another client and his family a ride and comment was white life don’t matter. Buy the way my family half and half. I spent 2,5 hr to asking them to get my stuff and yes I had full coverage and even offered them to pay for already for my car been parked there. I really hope they will find better customer service or this company need to get close for good. But I appreciate those hard working guys who showed up on the car accident seen and help me to find my license there and my medicine and also the guy who help me to find my car and take my belongings and bring them.

Had a flat tire on the mass pike and didn’t have the tools to change it so AAA sent someone from this place.it. Person who came did a quick job and afterwards when I drove away, my car started to rattle out of control. I pulled over again and noticed that all 6 of the lug nuts on the spare tire he had changed were loose and I could tighten them with my hand. I called the company back and told them about the situation in hope that they’d send someone to fix it, but instead was told “Well you have to call AAA to file a complaint” and then they hung up. Lousy service and customer service that just doesn’t care. Would strongly urge you to not use this company or double check whatever work they do for your vehicle
