We went through Norfolk cabinets and received excellent service through the design process. No fault of the designer handling our account. Placed our order for cabinets, spending thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, we can’t say the same for the quality. Upon delivery we noticed the top and bottom of all of the base cabinet doors were not finished. Very rough and discolored. Not the smooth painted finish as the wall cabinet doors. It’s the first thing you see when you open the doors. After further inspection two of the bases were warped, one bowing at the center point by almost 3/4 of an inch. The hood cover had spray foam adhesive stuck on it. Inner shaker panels loose and sliding around to the point of exposing the unpainted areas on multiple doors. Only a couple were secure and not sliding around loosely as they were properly finished. One base had a huge crack on the face frame covered by the door. Wall cabinets were perfectly finished. Our sales person was kind enough to order us 3 replacements door sets; however, only one set was finished properly. The rest were the same, unfinished just as the originals. Over 50% of the cabinets have issues. How can a company do business with a manufacturer that has the worst quality control I have ever seen? The ones that were finished properly were absolutely perfect and exactly what we hoped to get when spending over $7k on cabinets.

We first used Norfolk kitchen and bath Braintree for our son’s kitchen. We were happy with the outcome and used them for our own kitchen. When our daughter bought her condo we used them again. Lindsey was our designer for all of our kitchens. The carpenter on all 3 projects was Steven. They were both excellent and was very attentive to every detail. I would definitely use them again if a project comes up.

The cabinets! The lighting! The grout color! Oh my! Even the chosen paint color was spot on and makes the kitchen look heavenly! There is nothing we don’t love about our new kitchen, thanks to the amazing team of Torrey Fuller and Jason Rosen of Norfolk Kitchen and Bath. Both of these professionals have an eye for detail, an understanding of product and design and an appreciation for overall beauty. It was a pleasure to work with Torrey and Jason as they listened, understood and were able to implement our vision. The carpenter team of Jason L. and Resa were highly skilled craftsmen that meticulously installed each element of our kitchen to perfection. Just love our new kitchen cabinets and counter top from Norfolk Kitchen and Bath. Despite working during the Covid crisis Norfolk and Tricia Cahalane their designer were a pleasure to work with. We're very pleased with how things came out.
