This company is a joke. They’ve been taking benefits out of my check for about four months now and I still have yet to receive an insurance card. I’ve spoken to Manager multiple times about being harassed by other employees and nothing has been done. Another employee spoke with a manager about being harassed ended up quitting because they failed to resolve the issue. I would suggest you don’t put your love ones here because no one cares. You can’t even get into your account to see what you’re getting paid or if you have time off or anything. HR does not call back or email back. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Senior Living Residences is a management company for assisted living and memory support communities. Currently in 2018, we operate 17 communities in Massachusetts and one in New Hampshire. In general, the apartments at our managed communities have a set monthly fee and care services can be added on to match the needs of the resident. In Assisted Living, unlike skilled nursing, the vast majority of residents pay privately, but because every assisted living community is different, we encourage you to speak with someone at any community you are considering to learn more about the payment options the residence accepts. Some of our communities do offer financial programs which take into consideration ones income as well as assets.
