I can attest to the review my fiance wrote. The manager with the glasses (did not catch his name) was rude to him. He doesn't need that. I came here for an eye exam too and recommended him to this place. I am not coming back here anymore, they just lost me as a customer.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. I mean it’s “another chain” for glasses so how great can it be, right? But their customer service was stellar for a place in the mall. From the front desk to the doctor to the opticians, easily one of the best eye exam experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t do a lot of these reviews unless I experience something pretty great. So kudos to this time for bringing their A game. Highly recommend!

Went here to get a prescription for contacts and they were great! They were consistently cleaning anything that people touched, everyone was masked and distancing, and they even took my temperature before letting me in! The employees were super friendly and helpful and the doctor was equally excellent! I was in and out within 35 minutes with my new contact prescription. Very happy!
