Alliance provided caring compassionate rehabilitation to our father after his stroke. The rehab team went above and beyond to build his confidence while he regained his strength and learned to transfer and walk again. The CNA’s encouraged him to practice the achievements he made during therapy but were helpful and assisted him when needed. Knowledgeable nursing staff that took time to joke and listen to him and the families needs. Discharge planning was seamless! Great team at Alliance Braintree

I found the staff did an outstanding job! They were attentive, insightful and empowering to our family during a tricky time. Highly recommend this team and facility to others.

Beware of the chandelier!!! When you first walk in the facility looks very nice - then you go upstairs and all you can smell is ammonia/urine. Patients are lined up in a line for the most part of the day. When I first got off the elevator, there was a woman there that you could tell had been sitting in her urine for quite sometime. That smell is very distinct. When the patients are not lined up, they a put in a dining room with no stimulation. Sad. No activities at all. I was disgusted. All you hear is, so and so sit down. Maybe so and so needs the bathroom? Maybe so and so needs a stretch? I know if I was shoved in a dining room all day, I would want to stretch or use the bathroom. Very sad place. Most of the staff is vulgar, on cell phones for all of their shift, speaking vile language at the nurses station - watching movies. Go in after 5PM and, all you hear is Haitian creole in patients rooms, hallways, the nurses station. At this time call bells are going off!!! Administration wears rose colored sunglasses. Don't even bother trying to get in touch with your loved ones while they are there because, after seven - nobody picks the phone up. Nobody gave my mother her diabetic snack at night - so she would end up with low blood sugars. She has dementia so she forgets to ask. Yet she had an order for one every night. Might as well get rid of your call bell system Alliance considering nobody abides to it. Hope this review helps the community. Do NOT send your loved ones to Alliance. Again, beware of the chandelier.

My mother was recently in there for a couple of weeks for rehab after breaking her wrist. The night staff was rude, short, and slow to respond. I would think at 2:30 in the morning someone could have shown up in a timely manor to take her to the bathroom. Instead she got up and fell and was screamed at by a girl named Lisa. I got the phone call at 2:30am asking me to come get her (her request). We requested that she not have this lady and she was right back on her the next night. They in fact only removed her for one day after the third request. My mother was never comfortable staying there especially at night. This is not her first time in a rehab but this was the only bed available. They claimed their average response time is 1-3 minutes which I saw once the rest of the time it was much longer. So she was discharged and after 4 days I called to find out where her equipment was that they supposedly ordered and was to be delivered the day she left. I am informed by her social worker that they are not covered and no one bothered to call us.
