Great park, bike trails. We spotted deers as well. Careful if you’re biking or walking with kids because there are ups and downs.

This is definitely one of the best park we have here in the South Shore. The park is huge that it is not crowded and yet it is well maintained. It is great for beginners and for families at all ages. There’s so many trails to choose from.

Beautiful park to go walking, biking, picnicking or paddling. A non-motorized boat launch for kayaks and canoes is located at the end of the entrance road by the dam.

Pond Meadow Park is such an amazing park and I was stunned at how beautiful it was. They really do such a good job at keeping it pretty clean for such a spacious land management area. This place is my new go to for my nature hikes and meditation getaways. I added many new pictures for my inaturalist app sponsored by National Geographic. With the amount of people today I still managed to find a secluded area to meditate and listen to the birds.

In all honesty. I havnt been there in a few yrs. Cant do the walking anymore. Thanks to fighting M.S. it's taken its toll on me. But I use to love to go there and just feel free of the outside world. Something we all need every now and then.
It would be about a 20 minute walk from the train. There may be a bus that goes right by the area though. There is access on the Weymouth side and Braintree
No
Yeah, fishing is allowed. You would still need a fishing license and follow the same rules as other fresh water fisheries.
Yes there is Ask the gentleman in the building when you first enter. John and chris.
You can take a canoe or kayak in pond meadow park, just no moters.

Yes it's open every day from sun up to sun down. Currently sun down is 7pm (for the summer) but it closes as early as 5 pm in the winter
