He is genuinely interested in helping you find the watch that fits your needs and your interests and will always give you an honest opinion to help you navigate your options. Mike takes genuine interest in his customers, welcoming them into the Long’s Family. I’ve also had the pleasure to work with Roz as well, who is warm, cordial, and talks to the customers as if she has known them for years. Long’s is a special place.

Theres nothing else to say about the customer service besides impeccable. As someone who is extremely knowledgeable in timepieces, Geoffrey was very helpful in guiding me through their selection. He & Linda showed me pieces that I normally would never look at - but then grew to love.
