Everyone was great, I was updated on the service and the repair was completed well before I expected and the repair was minor compared to what it may have been. I could have been told anything as it sounded like it was going to be expensive.

I had a car maintenance and inspection with them this morning, and they were very efficient and friendly. The service was very good with reasonable prices. I am happy to have them in my neighborhood.

Had to get new tires on my car to pass inspection, which they did quickly. However, I was then told my car needed what would come out to an additional $300+ in work to pass inspection. They let me take the car before they did the work and I had another mechanic look at it. Turns out the issue the people at Sullivan told me the car had wasn't actually an issue and they were just trying to get extra money holding my inspection hostage. The takeaway from this is that if Sullivan Tire tells you there's a problem with your car, get a second opinion.

Outstanding service. They took my vehicle in without an appointment and repaired my tire in the same day. On top of that, they sent me a Lyft to get back to their location, at no charge, so that I can pick up my vehicle before they closed for the day. Highly recommend using Sullivan Tire.
