Ashley has helped me many times with various tech/computer issues, and she’s always been super helpful and knowledgeable. Yesterday she went above and beyond to help me deal with my laptop. After having done the free Staples tuneup, she further optimized the system with me. When it was still having problems, she helped me make a claim on my warranty and guided me through the frustrating 2 hours with the Asurion reps. She even helped me pack and ship the laptop. Ashley knew I was very stressed and was incredibly friendly, patient and supportive throughout the process,. I am so grateful to her for her help! Hopefully I’ll get my $800 back, which I never could have done without Ashley’s help!

One of the worst customer service at this store. I was here yesterday and the guy said the lady who handles designing the cards is not here so come back tomorrow, and today I have been waiting for an hour and when se came back no apologies or nothing. Worst customer service!!!

Called to double check inventory, woman on the phone said she needed a device to search for it with and told me to hold. I held for probably 6 or 7 minutes and I very calmly said "Wow what is she doing she just needed to grab a device" and a few moments later I hear her come back on the phone almost disappointed sounding with "I haven't forgot about you... I just got a little busy, I'll be with you shortly. Is that okay?". Very confusing customer service because you told me you were helping me and then you're helping someone else. The whole phone conversation I was very polite and calm and she hangs up on me in the middle of finally saying "I appreciate your help" even though all she did was talk with me about the online ordering process. Which she also sounded short winded about. She wanted to say "Well it might say 1 Hour Pick Up but then in REALLY REALLY small gray text it will say NOT REady For Pick Up". I don't know, best way to sum it up is I'm your customer not a colleague on the radio and I really hope your manager isn't the reason you feel you have to juggle multiple things at a time.

The only store left with a fax machine for those important documents that you need to send in a timely fashion. The kid on the register was very kind.
