Great walkable course near the city of Boston. The first few holes are short but most of the rest of the par 4s play pretty long. 400 yards plus from the whites. Tee shots on this course are very difficult. You have to hit long and straight otherwise it’ll be difficult. The greens however are fairly big so if you can hit the fairway you can score well here.

Good golf course located in a quiet neighborhood in Braintree. Staff are friendly. Holes have personality. Greens have tons of undulations and are running smooth. Lots of trees, water, and no houses. Course is in fantastic shape.

Extremely rude staff. Good course. Booked 18 holes on golfnow app as a "hot deal". Due to weather, only the front 9 was open so I thought I would be able to play the front 9 twice since I had booked 18 on the app. However, the guy at the ticket office said I could only play 9. When I politely tried to explain that I booked it for 18 on the app, he began shouting at me saying "I'm only going to explain this one more time, it doesn't matter what GolfNow says you can only play 9." I get it, you can't predict the weather. But you can control your emotions and not yell at your customers. Very unsettling and unprofessional. And maybe this course should cut their ties with GolfNow if it's causing issues like this...

Challenging course that is generally in great shape. However, two things to keep in mind. First, it’s only worth playing if you book online somewhat last minute when the rates are lower. $50 walking week day is a little steep in my opinion. If you go online the night before and you are booking on a weekday it’s anywhere between 15-30$ walking which you can’t beat for 18 holes. Second, if it’s busy it’s extremely slow. Never have had a problem with people I’ve been paired up with but on a busy day expect a 4.5 + hour round and one day I even had a 5 hour round 😳. That round was bearable because I was paired up with two other good guys but we waited on just about every tee and fairway which was a bummer but it wasn’t just one group that was the problem it was multiple. Other than those two things the grounds crew keeps the course in good shape.
