Came back here after a couple of months purchasing a new car for my brother before that it was for my sister now its MY TURN LOL ANYWAYS MICHAEL SARKAS IS THE BEST SALEMAN I RECOMMENDDED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY FRIENDS TO COME SEE HIM AND ONLY HIM. i thought i couldnt get a car because due to high demand inventory its hard plus we had to wait for the order but as soon i walked in to the show room found a new car and i told Michael i wanted that and that it he work it out and i got my new ride. Thanks to the wonderful finance manager and everyone that has help me I appreciate you guys for the wonderful excellent service! I was promptly greeted and brought to Kevin Chan who thoroughly explained the service that would be performed and quickly got my car in for repair. Their findings and recommendation was explained and approved. The tire warrantee was honored and fixed in a timely fashion. The care was washed including the all-weather mats. (above expectations) Kevin is very knowledgeable and conducted himself in a professional manner at all times. Overall, a very positive experience. I would highly recommend the Hingham Lexus Service Department.

Regular Service Check Up, full interior Detail… car looks Great, runs great, the only draw back here is time. I brought car in early Monday for a Tuesday 7am appointment. I did not get the vehicle back until Wednesday afternoon. Not really a complaint, just saying to anyone who’s waiting at the dealership, they are not super fast. But great service overall.
