I expected this McDonalds, in the small town of Williamsport PA, to be older and similar to other McDonalds you would find off a major thoroufare. I was pleased to find it was modern, with kiosk ordering, clean and modern restrooms and a hardworking staff.

Sad what once was a treat to go to mcds be greeted with a smile, quick order and in a sense special food. Now your directed to a kiosk the workers can't count change if they do wait on you no smile and I often wonder what is on the floor that they constantly look at.

Was picking up a Doordash & order wasn't even close to being ready. Made me 5 minutes late for delivery. Employees were more concerned with complaining about others rather than speeding up & getting orders bagged. Definitely wasn't the cause of the employees preparing the food because all the food was ready to be bagged & piling up. Terrible experience!

We ordered through the drive-through and then went inside to use the bathroom. They were very clean, but I am a little curious as to why the one bathroom is a tiny room while the other is big and spacious. The Christmas tree was super cute with the little French fry box’s. I did like that there was hand sanitizer by the door on the way out. The food was gone before we even left the parking lot. A win for family night out.
