Lovely quiet scenic place near a running river and a fish ladder! Great waterfalls (small) w/ some nice paths to investigate. We enjoyed having a picnic at one of the picnic tables overlooking the water falls. We visit whenever we can, definitely recommend checking out. :)

Really nice walking trails shaded from the full sun on a hot day. The 10 mile river is a pleasure to walk along

Nice museum with lots of local history information available. Open every 2nd Sunday of the month. I have visited several times in the past and always enjoyed it. When the museum is closed you can still enjoy reading a book by the falls or going for a walk on the well maintained and marked trail.

You don't have to pay but the Hunt house is only open on certain occassions. You can view the grounds and the water ladder at any time but you'll have to find out when the house is open. Try Googling it.
