we came in Thursday night for pedicures which were great. we then made an appointment for 1030 the next morning to come in and get our nails done. we arrived on time and sat there waiting for over an hour. we watched 4 other people get sat before us and we were told it was because they "had appointments" they were very rude about not caring that we also had appointments and pretty much told us we would be sitting there until all other appointments were finished. Why make us appointments if you clearly did not care to fill them. after an hour we walked out because we were sick of the rude comments from the workers and we WILL NOT be returning. this place used to be much better very sad they have gone downhill.

I have had manicures before, and the staff is usually very friendly. The last tech I had had no conversation. Different things like not washing my hands after she filed on I felt that I was late quickie.

The woman was rude and seemed annoyed we were there. Ended up leaving because no one even spoke to us.
