Panera Bread

The place was very clean. One of the cleanest Panera bakeries I've been to actually. It wasn't very busy when I went. The food was good and made according to my specifications. However, there is a slight wait time despite being empty. My biggest complaint is a lot of choices for bread and even toppings for salads and sandwhiches were already out of stock.

I would like to say that the young lady who took our order was fantastic, friendly, and helpful. That’s the only good thing I can say about this Panera. The manager needs to learn some customer service, learn how to be polite to customers, and how to problem solve. I should not be charged for bread (buying a bread bowl) because they are “out” of baguettes hours before they close, “based on numbers from last year”. There are many restaurant choices in the area and with the terrible service, smaller menu, and lack of bread, I will be taking my business elsewhere. They should really check who they have managing!

20 minutes BEFORE closing and the doors were locked. It closes at 10pm and GOOGLE said it was still OPEN at 9:40 PM. I asked to use the restroom because it was a TRUE emergency and our car is CURRENTLY in THEIR PARKING LOT and broke down AND we are stuck. I asked one of the workers, who then grabbed their manager, and then HE met me at the door but didn’t even open it to speak with me. He kept it shut the entire Interaction. I had to practically yell through the door just to ask for a bathroom. That’s what made me mad. The manager wouldn’t even open the door. He spoke to me as if I wasn’t a paying customer, but instead I was just a nuisance. Mind you, not even an hour prior my fiancé and I purchased food from this establishment. NOT IMPRESSED, AND NOT HAPPY. This was NOT good customer service. In fact, it wasn’t costumer service at all, and If I could rate negative stars, I would.

In the past I gave 4 stars due to not having handicap accessible doors. I am decreasing my rating to 2 because the agave lemonade tasted like straight up water and my grilled cheese was burnt. The employees were friendly and my food was ready at my requested pick up time and still hot.
