I needed a tire patched without being able to schedule an appointment. I walked in and asked if they would be able to do an emergency tire patch and with the tire already being off the vehicle they were able to help me out! Very grateful!

Crooked mechanics. Instead of properly aligning my vehicle they simply changed the specs in the alignment machine. My vehicles caster should be 2.8° min to 3.8°max. They changed the machine to 1.8°min to 2.8°max making my caster a full degree out of spec. If your alignment sheet says (Modified Specification) on top be warned, you have been screwed.
