I had the BEST experience at this location yesterday. Emma and her manager, (woman with long blonde braids) could not have been sweeter or more efficient. They were perfect. So glad I stopped for lunch. I’ll be back every chance I get. I used the kiosk to place my order because no one was around. I lady came inside because they messed up her order and she probably stood there for 10 minutes before some one finally walked by that she could stop. I didn't get everything I needed with my order to include my drink cups. I had to wait several minutes until someone walked by to ask for my cups. I noticed 2 other customers that also didn't get their drinks and were missing items as well. And it wasn't busy at all.

Good staff. Can really tell they're trying more than a lot of Taco Bell locations around the city. Quick orders. No mistakes. Well prepared. Hope they can keep up this quality!

We were coming from out of state to visit a college for my son. We ordered two beef taco salads. After we got back to our hotel, We realized our taco salads had no beef, they were over loaded with lettuce. My shell was broken in half, making it a little harder to mix it up. My husband's shell was broken also. The Mexi-melt had probably about half of what it normally should have. We called and spoke with the manager, Annette, and she offered us a refund. We went back the next day and got a refund of $17. The taco salads were like seven dollars each. Mistakes were made but they fixed them with no issues.
