Have lived here since the 90's & still reside here in 2022. I've seen people come & go, there's a few of us old timers who have always made sure that this property remained "our community". We look out for our neighbors and children, we participate in keeping our bldgs and outside grounds are kept clean. We fought to restart the bus lines to return & the staff and maintenance crew are phenomenal people who try to meet everyone's needs. To get a 1-2 bedroom, fully furnished with kitchen appliances and carpet, with no utilities and your rent is according to your income is pretty good for someone who is just starting out. There are those Young people who will always complain & nothing is ever good enough. This is a "community" which is why they moved here in the 1st place. The grounds are kept up, the landscape manicured and the bldgs and apts are satisfactory to excellent. Sure, could they have some upgrades, certainly but it's ALL in how YOU maintain your HOME. I'm 70 & have lived here for 25 years. Raised my grandchildren here. Wouldn't want to live in any other income based property!!

If you like peace and quiet don’t move here. Every time we had a problem the Maintenance men would question me or make it seem like things weren’t wrong that I made them aware about. If you’re not home or sleeping they will just walk in your apartment bc they have their own keys. Our fridge smelled like something died inside of it and it took them almost 2 weeks to give us a new one. Don’t recommend unless you’re just starting with no kids.

It's not bad if you keep to yourself, how ever there is no bus so that's a down side

I have lived here for over 3 years and the staff is rude and just not happy people. the hallways are always dirty. they never fix the issues they are aware of . I cannot wait to leave from up here . I dont recommend this place to anyone. There are other income based apartments probably arent much better but dont choose this one .

When I lived there you paid none, only rent 30 % of your income. If you have no income the rent was 25$
If you have a child you can move when you're 17 about to be 18 if you're on your own.
Yes there are apartments available
There is a waiting list you have to apply. Sometimes it is only a month wait though depending on size of unit and etc.
