Bought a tire that blew out 15 days after purchase. Called the store and they basically told me their guarantee meant nothing after 14 days. They were not helpful at all and I had to file a credit card claim. Edit: going after a customer for a tire that lasted two months- nice one.

Bought a "premium" used tire online. Had a hole in it when installed. Sent pictures. Wanted me to ship back for a return. What you going to do with a junk tire? Probably sell to someone else.

I ordered a pair of tires through the website after speaking with the staff about my needs. They answered my questions quick and ordering was super easy. I had a problem with one of the tires when it arrived and upon contacting Champtires they fixed the issue right away. Highly recommended.

Don’t bother wasting your time with this company. I placed an order for used tires last Friday, was promised a delivery by yesterday (9/9 — was not thrilled with this in first place but understood the company’s limitations with holiday weekend), and discovered that FedEx has pushed the delivery date back even further, and is now schedule for Monday (9/13). My family has been stranded without these replacement tires and now I regret not going with another vendor or even a new set of tires from a local tire shop. This morning, I received an email letting me know about a flash sale — 20% off. I emailed the company this morning explaining my circumstances and asking that (as a courtesy) they retroactively honor this sale for my order given that it’s now been a week, and still no tire. They did not agree.
