Can I give less than 1 star? Their creative team changed the banner to my page. I requested 1 simple correction, to add new REALTOR® designations. Instead, they changed the entire thing, making our banner out of compliance per TREC guidelines. I've been attempting to get them to correct their error and make the simple request that we initially submitted OVER 6 WEEKS AGO!!! It is pathetic. Multiple requests have been made via email to their so-called "support" team, not to mention submitting the requests direct to the website and personal conversation with someone in their office. 6 WEEKS!! This is just sad, people. I generally don't like to leave negative reviews. But.... buyer beware. I will add that the weekly content they upload to our page is great, and no issues there. But to get them to fix their own error leaves much to be desired.

Great service! It has helped me create professionally designed flyers and videos that has greatly enhanced my presence on all the social media platforms. Melody was my sales assistant/advisor and she did a fantastic job of showing me the features and benefits of using the WePromote platform!

Really frustrated right now. I work full time and wasn't able to call and cancel my membership before they closed at 4pm PST - who closes that early and who isn't open on the weekends. Currently on hold for 45 minutes, have sent multiple emails and starting to lose my patience. I bet if I didn't select option 4 to cancel my membership, they would have picked up right away. Total scam. Do not work with this company.

Do not work with this company! They give you 10 day trial days; however, they don't have anything to look at until about 5 days into the trail period. What they present is misspelled and throw together and not professional. The 10th day was on a Sunday so I couldn't call to cancel until Monday. Sales person said that I should have called on Friday "Before" the 15th which was the end of my trail period. So I only have three days to review their work. I'm so glad that I only did one month for $80 instead of six or twelve. Save your money and choose a company that will work with you instead of using high pressure sales to get you credit card number. I couldn't run my business this way and still have a client base. I have to leave one star, but they deserve none.

Persistence, they are not good.
I got a notification that you have a question about pro mote but I am not working for them. I used to be a customer until I canceled so I'm not sure why Google asked me to answer your question. And yes, I found their customer service to be very lacking
