Horrible experience here. Darrell, the service agent was nice enough and seemed sincere, but obviously, this dealership and service center isn’t set up to provide any level of service above disappointing. I had the catalytic converter on my car stolen. I was recommended a Honda part for replacement. I agreed stupidly. The part was supposed to come in two weeks. Acceptable. After a month I get a call from Darrell saying that there are delays, and the part will take another month. I call back in a month and a week. No information has come to me. I call the dealership multiple times, and it just so happens Darrell is on vacation. No worries - I wonder if anyone else at the dealership can give me any other information regarding the repairs on my car whatsoever. No such luck. Horrible process, stupidly unusual lack of information. Is my car still there, I wonder? Darrell calls me after his vacation and says that the car needs more repairs, and the part will take another month. A week before it’s supposed to be ready, Darrell calls again and says that there’s an non-Honda part that can be available in two to three days and cheaper…. Was this always an option? You should have let me know way earlier. Now I expect some sort of discount or resolution for my trouble. When the converter is repaired, I head to the dealership and pay the fees. I finish paying for my repairs when Darrell comes to me again - he says that the technician notices the engine is surging… okay…. What’s the issue? Yet another part needs to be replaced. At this point, I just need my car back. Plus I’m already here after taking the train to get here from SF. I’m wasting my time here. I’m still waiting in the lobby waiting for this engine valve to be fixed. Never coming to this dealership again.

Been coming to this location to get my 2010 Honda Civic car serviced. It was my first time purchasing my own vehicle. All staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful. I’ll definitely be back when making any other car purchases or services. Very happy with my entire visit.

I bought my new Honda within 24 hours. From first inquiry over the phone with Edmund to coming in to the dealership the next day to complete the purchase. Edmund made it very easy to do most of the work online. At the dealership he was friendly, courteous, and very thorough. I also cannot say enough about the financial manager Mele - warm, personable, and professional. By far the best experience at a dealership I've ever had.
