Lenny, my service representative since 2012 at Lexus of Serramonte, has always facilitated prompt, accurate repair & maintenance of my 1999 RX300 ( with 240,000 miles ). My car's CHECK ENGINE LIGHT was on, it wouldn't pass THE SMOG CHECK, so I couldn't register it. I WAS PROVIDED WITH A LOANER, A 2019 RX450h while my car was being worked on; this PROVIDED AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXTENDED TEST DRIVE!! The problemS were diagnosed, repaired in a timely manner & MY CAR WAS RETURNED TO ME WASHED & VACUUMED. The PARTS & SALES PERSONNEL ARE VERY ATTENTIVE. TELL LENNY WALTER SENT YOU!
