Sisters Alterations

I've had half a dozen items altered at Sisters Alterations now, everything from a simple hem on a pair of jeans to taking in a dress that was several sizes too big.

Friendly but pricey. Took 2 items to be altered but when I went back to pick up one of the items had not been completed. Good thing I tried on and noticed the pins still in tact. They offered to refund cost of altering and also offered to work on after hours since it was closing and our was imperative for evening plans. This is why I left a week in advance. I had to leave and come back which with the gas expense and time spent, was not fair to me. I arrived 30 mins later and item was done, but not perfectly and I received no refund. I did not ask for it but "in good faith" should have followed through with her resolution to compensate for their discrepancies. Not throughly happy with services received.

Quick and friendly service, they did an excellent job shorting my wife's pantsuit. The outfit doesn't appear like it had 3 inches removed from the legs. This isn't her first time using Sister's to shorten something, she plans to continue to use them because of the quality of work performed.

These ladies are the best!! They have great prices and an even greater staff!! I am the mother of twin babies and I came to the store with them in tow. The ladies were nice enough to help me with them while I had a couple measurements done then when I left they helped me to the truck with the babies. On the day I came to pick up my jeans one of the ladies noticed me outside with the babies in the truck. One baby asleep and one awake. The same sweet lady, brought my jeans to the truck and took my card in to swipe. You can't get service like that anywhere. That comes truly from the heart!! By the way, the alterations were perfect!! They have made these pairs of jeans my new favorites!! Thanks again, I will and already have made your shop my #1 recommendation!!
