customer service isn’t the best and it’s not due to the lack of workers it’s due to the lack of wanting to do their job. employees will stand there and just look at you when trying to check out with no cash registers open.

I find that Ross has lowered the quality of his clothes, prices have risen and there were long queues for few cashiers the day I went...in the end I left what I was going to buy because I didn't have time to queue.
