Latonya was the BEST! She had MANY different customers waiting and she was keeping track of each one making sure they were still doing okay while staying attentive to the people she was helping at the register. Per the Sears Outlet website: "We can connect to an existing gas line using a new gas connector. We cannot disconnect an old range if the gas shut-off valve is not above the floor, or if re-connecting is prohibited by local code" Also, different delivery options are available, with the premiere option allowing for complete unpacking of the range, removal of packing debris, hook-up, and installation. So it seems the only iffy thing is uninstalling your old range.

No. Both Sears Outlet and the new American Freight Appliance, Furniture, Mattress are completely separate entities from Sears and Sears' parent company TransformCo. In fact, starting in late April, we will no longer use the Sears Outlet name and it will be removed entirely from all of our materials and business operations.

Just as Sears Outlet has been a staple in the community of Kansas City as the go to place first for my purchase and that is what I did. Never had any problems in all the years I've done business. I will return for a purchase when need be.
