Beautiful good quality looking bikes. But customer service was lacking today. I just moved to the area and needed a bike. I intend to introduce my 6 year old niece to cycling and was going to surprise her with her first big girl bike. I enjoyed walking around the store looking at all of the inventory by myself but after I looked I could not get any of the workers to acknowledge that I was there. I’ve hiked and biked all over this country and East Anglia. It’s sad that they probably assumed that I had no money. I drive up in a late model car and I was dressed well. When I sold at the San Fernando valley swap meet I did not need a light to see through someone who may be a paying customer. Folks, please don’t write people off before you make assumptions. I will go somewhere else today because there are other stores and we need bikes now that the weather is changing. No harm no foul. I just like to share my shopping experiences with others to give them a heads up about particular stores, museums, etc in any state that I happen to be in at the time. I would say that about 95 percent of the time the experiences are very positive because people want for you to come back and spend money. It’s rare that someone has made so much money that they don’t care.

Awesome service from Damon; they had the part I was looking for… but that is not the reason for the 5 stars. As I was looking at all the bikes, an older gentleman came in; referring to his walker as Damon greeted him near the entrance , the gentleman said “I know this is not a bike but if you can adjust the break…” Damon, didn’t hesitate “Yeah no problem!” …. Took care of it in under a minute at no charge. Was fantastic to see… made my day

Good shop for quick repairs and tune ups! Make an appointment for the quickest turnaround. One minor goof but, working to make it right. Truly appreciate the shops customer service. Sent the bike in a bit hurt and they freshened her up like new. If I had the money for a brand new bike I've heard they have a great service program. And man those new bikes look fresh!

First time visiting and it was a pretty sweet spot. We arrived just as a shipment of bikes arrived. We ended up leaving with three gt performers. I'm please with the service. Very kind people working here.
