My family and I been living in riverside palms for over a year now. And truly it’s been great. This place is so quite and kids friendly. The apartments are really spacious. The Manager Jezebel has been amazing. When ever I need to contact her she responds ASAP. The best part is when we need any maintenance done in the apartment we don’t have to wait weeks for them to come. From all the apartments I have rented before this is the best place so far.

I have been living in this apartment home for nine years now and I'm still enjoying my stay. I can always count on the Property Manager Jezebel to reply to my emails in a timely matter and resolve any issues from installing a simple light fixture to getting a plumbing issue fixed. Which I have to make clear, that since living here I have only had one minor toilet issue. Thank you Jezebel for making our stay at Riverside Palms such a pleasure.

Going to almost a year of living in the Riverside Palms Apartments and I do not have any complaints. The community is safe and very welcoming. The manager, Jezebel, has been very resourceful and communicative. She is very responsive to any messages and concerns. Overall, a genuine person with a positive attitude.
