If the covered shaded areas are reserved, there is no where shaded to sit. Pavilions are are usually always reserved on the weekends and you will be asked to move. It’s a hit or miss, other than that it is a very clean park with many amenities.

Nice park to take the kids. Fully fenced. Plenty of parking. Unique and fun playground equipment. Fitness equipment for adults scattered throughout the park. Big field for running or playing a team sport.

Love this park! There are two different parking lots. 2 basketball courts. One giant grassy area. Trash bins all over the park. A track with three different workout areas. The bathrooms are the cleanest bathrooms I've seen at a park in years! Theres even an area to refill water bottles or canteens. The only thing to make this park better is more shade.

Very likely yes
8am Sometimes earlier
Its a gated park, which is not unusual to be closed at a specifc time. 8 is rather normal for this time of year. There are several in Riverside that do the same thing. Bring it up to a city council meeting. I agree it is a bit early and it might change in the summer as I know Riverside does the same. 9 and 10pm are generally the average times parks close in most cities.
Basically yes but its first come first serve
It's grand opening will be February 23 2019 at 10AM
Hi, here's what I got from the Rialto website: "All picnic shelters/areas, and tables at any city park are first come, first serve. Reservation and rental requests are unavailable at this time."
I'm not really sure yet but how things went like in September
