How do I make reservation for the covered pic nic area?

You have to make a reservation. I make one for my kids birthday party.

Most everyone thinks it's first come first serve but it is posted at most of the parks who to contact for reservations. If nothing is posted then it may be first come first serve but it is still usually posted .

You don't you just need to get there early first come first serve ...but if you're not convinced you can call city hall for more information

NOT first come first serve just spoke to someone at the rec center. There’s a $50 dollar fee you get the space from 7am-7pm you can pay online or in person at the rec center. (This only pertains to the benches under the awning’s) the ones that have no cover are first come first serve.
