I actually like coming to this Macy's. But last time I went LP was following me. The only reason how I knew she was LP is because I was a vendor for Macy for many years and I know the LP people. But I'd still go because I can't deny the magic of Macy's is definitely a real thing. I love Macy's ❤ 😘🤪🤔🤭🙄😌🤫🤯🤣😍🙏💙

Very very nice layout and extremely good customer service and I love their clothing selection, it's really a good variety of casual and dressy but make certain to go early in the day because after a specific time (approx 3pm) it looks like a group of two year olds were let loose to use some parts of the store as a playground, especially in the women's section/women's restroom 😫.... disgraceful 😫!

M.A.C. Macy's Montclair Plaza: Was here for M.A.C. Kayleigh, Jessica, Ozzy, and Tanya are all AWESOME! EXCELLENT customer service, Kayleigh helped one person after the other. Yes there are always conditions on free shipping .. somewhwre it might be written like free shopping on purchase of $50 or $100 etc or for cardholders Otherwise when u keep adding things to card it automatically says You qualify for free shipping
