Yes there are always conditions on free shipping .. somewhwre it might be written like free shopping on purchase of $50 or $100 etc or for cardholders Otherwise when u keep adding things to card it automatically says You qualify for free shipping

You must read carefully and It may need a promo code. Sometimes you need to spend a certain amount before it's free. If you're a Macy's platinum cardholder, shipping is free.
