I was disappointed. The staff at the front door, although they gave a greeting,we're not welcoming. Unfortunately we had difficulty finding the shoe my daughter wanted. We went back to the staff three or four times for assistance. We were directed in the general direction of the shoe we wanted. Back for more assistance only to find that they didn't have a pair in her size. We went online looking for what she wanted. Before leaving my daughter wanted another item. The "guard" at the front door said we needed to go to the counter to request it. At the counter the woman, in what seemed like a less than friendly tone, informed us that what we wanted was on a rack around to the other side of the counter. She then proceeded to pick up the item requested from behind the counter. Truly not interested in going back.
