I came by on a Sunday, they had one car being worked on. One. I understand they did not have my tire size in stock, but you don't have a tool to switch out my spare tire on my car? I came home and my husband put my spare on with the tools in my trunk. What kind of service do you call this Pep Boys?

Strange location. But really nice store. Pricey but most items in stock or you can order and product comes quickly. Staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Store was organized and clean. Lots of cars in service area. Multiple bays for service. Assume mechanics were qualified. Over all a good experience. Happy hunting to locate facility.

Really bad service, I understand now why Pep boys is going out of business their employees are unrespectful at the front desk. I drop my vehicle 30 minutes before my appointment for an oil change, called 3 hrs later and the person who answered me said we're waiting for a ramp to be open. I checked my live camera in my vehicle and I could see 3 free ramps. I told him, can wait 3 more hours, he said probably 30 minutes, I asked him give me a time I need to move on with my vehicle he said I call you, after 5 minutes I received a txt saying that my appointment was cancelled. Corporate, owners why you have people like this working for you? People take your business some where else don't waist your time and money at this location on my case I paid for Uber rides, totally unfair.

Excellent customer service! With a dead battery and only five minutes before closing, David and Adrienne went the extra mile to assist us. David confirmed that they had a battery in stock, tasked Adrienne to charge the dead battery, pull the car in and replace the battery; and had us on our way and out the door, safe and sound. Kindness and great service like that should always be recognized and appreciated. Thank you, gentlemen, for all your grace.
