It was horrible we were.laike sardines. The bus drivers are awesome. But, the space was horrible. This man was sitting practically on me from Cali all the way to Texas. It was horrible🤨🤨🤨🤨
The bathroom was very ckean.

WE HAD THE BUS DRIVER FROM HELL. I WILL NEVER FORGET ABOUT THE BUS RIDE. I WILL NOT EVER RIDE GREYHOUND AGAIN.!!!! I HAD TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO LOWER THAN THAT. SHOULD BE .0000000000001 OF A STAR.

The bus station is clean. There's no people hanging outside. Place is safe and well lighted. The customer service is good and in english and spanish. The cafe has good burgers. The restrooms our clean and stocked. The bus does not always leave on time. That's the only down fall. The security is sufficient.
Some drivers will ask to see your id bit as long as you have your ticket or eticket on your phone than no you don't. But in case you get those drivers, there are certain organizations that help you get an temporary id to get you home. Salvation army, VFW, churches, redcross, st. Vincent's

There's parking at the station but I would never park there I lived two blocks down from the station that was constant drug addicts hanging out at the station and the gas station/mc Donald next door FYI don't park on the street there's parking curfews in Claremont you cannot park overnight
