GM Kathleen took my call this evening. Is going to credit me back for my soup and both steaks. The raw one was supposed to be medium well, the well done steak looked like it was boiled and my family soup 32oz was only a cup. Asked twice to make sure order was accurate and again it was not, server who brought it out said its correct I checked it and the GM was going to use that for a training moment which sizes their containers are. My hope in posting photos is to show what I described to her and nothing more. I was glad she was understanding and fixed what I told her was wrong. Kathleen handled it very well and I appreciate her professionalism.

If you come here don’t expect quick service. The party i was with ordered within the first five minutes and didn’t receive our food for an hour. I’m sure you can guess, our food was cold. Our waitress, Tonya, had the worst service I’ve had in a long time. No eye contact, annoyance with simple requests, didn’t check on us at all, never brought the bread that I asked for, and when we asked for boxes she literally said no. The only reason we asked for boxes is because our food took so long that we were ready to go home. Step it up tonya

This is a different Red lobster than I normally visit. The waiter was very friendly attentive and accommodating. It was a late Friday afternoon and was not busy until we left. I just had the fish and chips which is always good. There's plenty of room for parking other businesses all around and easy access. In my opinion you can't beat the seafood for the price. I do prefer my regular location on Bell road because it's closer to my home.

Had a nice lunch. The only problem was with the waitress. She took our orders just by memory. She said she can remember.NOT then when she didn't bring what she missed, I saw her communicating with her co-workers. Not taking care of the customers.
