2 months to see the Dr. So Orthopedics to call us the day of appointment to CANCEL!! When I called back to get another appointment “Gaby” wrote on his file that my client didn’t show up the day of appointment! Very unprofessional you guys canceled on us !

We have been waiting for a call back for over a month. I’ve called several times, my husband has called several times. Every time we get to the person we are looking for we need to leave a voicemail, but never get a call back. Yakima needs to have a better orthopedic place, by the time patients are seen they need surgery because the body already tried to heal the way it could from having to wait so long. SCREAMS NEGLECT!!

Absolutely the worst experience with this group. I wanted treatment for a frozen shoulder and this company declined to even see me, recommending I go back to my original surgeon. I wanted to have treatment done locally without having to travel hundreds of miles. This group seem to be more of a clown show than a medical facility.
