Overall normal experience. From what I understand each stylist has strengths and weaknesses, so I would recommend telling them what style you want before you sit down or get placed on a wait list.

The girls there are very good with customer service and they are honest with the wait time. I been going there long time now and they never judge me for not having a hair style. I always tell them to cut my hair like the way it would make me look less ugly 🙃.

I don't know call and ask
Ya. Actually they told me they were able to do things like that. But I would call ahead and make an appointment since it's a special request. That way you make sure they have the color you want and so the stylists can set aside the time to do it. It seems that their clientele is mostly walk in. So calling ahead may also save you some time.
