Everyone super friendly, makes you feel welcome and like you are a part of the family. Lupita in call center is super helpful when ever I need help. And Dr. Ferguson is a super nice and friendly explains treatment perfectly. Karla is such a help DA I love her energy and always super helpful.

They have really good customer service in back( technicians, dentists,etc) , however the billing department and front desk are horrible. They don't know what they are doing. I had a payment plan with them but had to change cards. They couldn't accommodate for that. Each time I went in my balance was different ( not because of the payments I was making). I finally had enough with them and decided to pay all the remaining balance. Fast forward to several months they sent be a bill for more. When I call to get this straightened out, they don't answer.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews, they run raffles and you get entered if you put a good review. Total scam. My crown fell after 2 years. Was told they couldn’t put it back on under warranty because I didn’t have enough of my own tooth. And said only could do an implant or bridge. Went to a different dentist who saw that they put permanent cement on top of my decaying tooth, in which case I would have lost my tooth and would have needed an implant or bridge. But glad I did not listen to them and went to a different dentist . My new dentist got rid of the permanent cement, had decay removed, saved my tooth and was able to put a crown! For a less price and warranty for 5years. Much more than this garbage place who care about numbers and getting in their next patient rather than taking the time on your teeth. A bridge or implant was going to be more expensive so I’m sure that’s why they did not care whether or not I lost my tooth. Scam. Go elsewhere.

From the first phone call till I left the dentist’s office everyone at Avanta Dental was very kind and professional. Understanding and eager to help me. Dental Assistant Bianca and both Doctors: Tawil and Ferguson were extremely caring through my procedure. I highly recommend Avanta Dental to everyone.
